CALYPSO - female - 5 years
I’m the beautiful but somewhat shy Calypso. When I first arrived to
the shelter I had a mole on face that would block some of my vision
in one eye and the shelter was excellent in getting me medical care
involved with having it removed, now there's nothing to hold me
back. I’m a sweet girl, but I’m one of those “Come See Me” cats,
which means you’ll have to seek me out.
It takes me a while to adjust to a new environment but once I
do, I’ll eventually survey the area and let my presence be known.
I do love to be petted and would love a sunny window to bathe
in. I’m on the large side but
I prefer to think of myself as “Fluffy” and we’ll leave it at that.
I would do well with another cat if they are very mellow but
you might have to serve me my own dish of food at first until I
adjust to my new home.
Please, please, please, let me have a second chance to have a
purrmanent home again!
